Oral Presentations

• Presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint (any version) or PDF format. Our computers will use the MS Windows operating system; if you use another operating system, please make sure that your presentation is compatible with  MS Windows.
  
  
• The file name format should be lastname_firstname of the presenting author. For example: PETERSON_URMAS.PPT
  
  
• All oral presentations will be limited to 15 minutes followed by a 5 minute discussion (total 20 minutes).

Poster presentations

• The Conference Poster session will take place on Monday, 24 August 2015, in the Sports Hall of the University of Life Sciences between 17:30 and 19:00. Snacks and drinks will be served.

• All poster presenters are requested to mount their posters on Monday at lunch time (starting 12:00 onwards at the same venue). Posters will stay up until Wednesday afternoon (removed on Wednesday late afternoon).
  
  
• The size of the posters is 119 cm (height) and 84 cm (width) (A0 format).
  
  
• Posters can be printed in Tartu. If you wish your poster to be printed in Tartu, please send the digital file to the conference secretariat.  The deadline for sending your poster file is: 14 August 2015. You will receive the printed poster at the conference secretariat when you are in Tartu. For further details of recommended poster file format, printing price e.a., please contact conference secretariat:  secretariat@publicon.ee
